Advanced Diabetes Care was founded in 2010 by Julie Krawchuck, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CFNP) with the vision of creating a unique medical practice that treats every patient with respect, dignity and first-rate care. At Advanced Diabetes Care we will help ensure you receive the highest quality of care with ongoing, appropriate follow up to help the patient manage and collaborate with their care. We understand that visiting a health care practitioner can be a stressful experience, and with our many years of experience, both as a provider and as a patient, we know you will appreciate our comfortable surroundings and friendly personnel. We pride ourselves with compassionate medical professionals to help ease your fears and work with you to be empowered over your medical condition while reaching your goals of successful medical management.

Julie Krawchuck, CFNP

Julie Krawchuck, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CFNP) earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and received her Masters Degree in Nursing as a Certified Nurse Practitioner from the University of St Francis. Julie is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center - ANCC. 

Julie specializes in working with diabetes management of Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes. Medication management and Insulin Pump therapy; including training, management and maintenance, are some of the primary services available at at ADC. Julie will work directly with you to review your medical history, understand your diabetes history, review the medicines you take, while exploring the available treatment options to collaborate on a successful treatment plan. 

Julie is excited to continue Advanced Diabetes Care in our new location and will continue to ensure all patients receive the care they deserve; professional, quality and compassionate care. At Advanced Diabetes Care, Julie will work extremely hard to meet the establish goal of her clinic, to ensure all patients reach their individual healthcare success! For all patients and families whom receive care at ADC, Julie wants everyone to know that our primary goal is YOUR success!
